The warm and cosy atmosphere made me feel right at home, with the new decor and homely touches adding to the overall comfort. the provision of milk, teabags, and biscuits was a thoughtful touch that allowed me to enjoy a relaxing hot drink upon arrival. the sitting area with its cosy throws and log-burner was perfect for snuggling up after a long day of exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside. the rural location provided a peaceful retreat, while still being a short drive away from charming villages with great dining options. I cannot wait to return for a longer stay and enjoy the tranquility of this wonderful cottage again.
